First, let me thank you very much for doing my makeover (and it was). It was such a good job that when I talked to some people after they visited both my open house and the one across the street, they said one was lived in and one (mine) was fit for a magazine! That comment came from complete strangers, and some of my neighbours said the same thing after seeing the house.

We had multiple offers – 8 in total. We opened them in the order received and amazingly (to me) they kept going up! Even the smallest offer was over our asking price of $728,888.00. The people in first place had no subjects and an offer of $810,000.00 ($81,112 over list). I am no longer a home owner. HURRAAAY!!
