Thank you again and again. I have watched many a TV show on staging and decorating and felt I had a very good sense of what was needed to prep a house for sale. But in working with Leah and her team, I now realize there is so much more to the process than depersonalizing and decluttering.

There is a science behind staging, and Leah is exceptional in this area. Implementing her suggestions, from the initial consult right through to the final staged product, was time and money well spent. I knew I needed to take the house to a higher level to put it up for sale, but Leah soared with it. I could never have come close to what she accomplished.

The whole process was very enjoyable and informative. I would definitely use her services again, and recommend that before anyone lists they consult with her first before they do anything. It is time and money that is the most bang for your buck. You will get a big return on your investment.

For my experience, in the first week the house went on the market we got eight offers (all over list), and sold for $81,112 over the asking price!!! I could never have done that by myself. Leah had the Midas touch with the details. Her attention to detail is what made the difference between a presentation that was good to one that was superb! Thanks again for the experience. First, let me thank you very much for doing my makeover (and it was). It was such a good job that when I talked to some people after they visited both my open house and the one across the street, they said one was lived in and one (mine) was fit for a magazine! That comment came from complete strangers, and some of my neighbours said the same thing after seeing the house.

We had multiple offers – 8 in total. We opened them in the order received and amazingly (to me) they kept going up! Even the smallest offer was over our asking price of $728,888.00. The people in first place had no subjects and an offer of $810,000.00 ($81,112 over list). I am no longer a home owner. HURRAAAY!!

Leah Armstrong was introduced to us by our realtor when we decided to put our house that we had lived in for many years on the market in June 2009. It was a great decision to have Leah stage our house.
