Dear Leah, We want to thank you and your team for your remarkable work showcasing our home. Your eye for detail and your creativity transformed our home.
Because of your efforts we received many positive comments and two offers after the first open house. Our house was sold within two weeks and we have no doubt that was due in large part to your magic touch.
We appreciated your positive and friendly approach and are still in awe of the efficient and trouble free way you had of completing the work. Thanks again.

Hi Leah,
We wanted to thank you for all your hard work in helping us sell San Remo. Your help with the choice of colors for painting the inside and outside of the home were great!
Every comment we received from all visitors to the home were positive, everyone loved the colors and the way you had the home staged.
The home owners definitely received more money for their home because of the staging; you managed to direct the buyers’ attention to the positive features of the home by your placement of furniture and art work.
Thanks again.

Leah, Luc sent us the photos of our house that will go on MLS. All we can say is wow, you have done an amazing job.
I am sure this hasn’t been easy for you as we are living on the other side of the world and you have had to deal with a myriad of contractors. Thank you for your patience.
From choosing paint colours to all of the wonderful details you have pulled everything together with such elegance and taste. If we know anyone, especially in the Port Moody area who is planning to sell a home, we will happily give them your name.

Dearest Leah, Thank you so very much for coming into our lives. You have made such a difference and contribution to a huge, ongoing transition for us all.
Simply put, we could not have got such quality and wonderful results without your expertise, patience, professional manner and hard work. We have enjoyed working with you and your team.
Thank you so very very much. I have learned so much about redesign and decorating and especially decluttering. I am so grateful.

Leah – Please find attached a write up about our success with your home staging services. I’ve kept it short and sweet, but must let you know that I have a lot more positive words to say. Your knowledge, tips for shopping, and gracious, businesslike manner made it a pleasure to work with you. Thanks again for your assistance in making our sale a success. We really appreciated it!
To Anybody contemplating the services provided by Leah Armstrong of House to Home ReDesigns: I first met Leah at the Home Show in Coquitlam in April 2006. Although I was initially very torn about spending $250 for her services, am I ever glad that I did! The real question, however, was “Where do we start?” Carpets were stained, linoleum was cut incorrectly, pipes were showing, rooms were dark, etc. $250 for a consultant seemed like a lot of money, especially since I had read a number of articles about staging and had compiled a long list of little things that I could do (changing light bulbs, washing windows, putting flowers by the door, clearing the clutter etc). Would she really come and tell me more than I already knew? Yes, she certainly did.
Prior to Leah coming, we invited two real estate agents to come by to let us know what we would sell our home for ‘as is’. The first one said, “$239,000.” The second realtor said that she would list it for somewhere between $239,000 and $249,000, probably closer to $249,000. I could see, however, that her enthusiasm for the house was not very high. After meeting with Leah and spending roughly $6600, we asked the second agent to come back and the first word she said was, “WOW”. She couldn’t believe the change! We agreed to put it on the market for $254,900 and within four days of the initial showing, we had a done deal at $266,100 ($11,200 over list price). In short, for an investment of $6600 we had a return of $27,100.. Am I glad I that I hired Leah? You bet!!!

I was thinking all day yesterday that I must send you a “Thank you” as soon as I could find the time to think of what to say to express my gratitude.
My upstairs is a dream – truly! You and your team of wonderful women transformed the space in ways that I know I was incapable of – thank you for freeing me of my preconceived notions of what “should” be and giving my home the imaginative touches that you did!
Its amazing to see your own things grouped and displayed in ways that make them seem brand new – I believe our “things” take on our energy and that they love me as much as I love them, but I know that my stuff is as grateful that you stopped by as I am!
It’s a great service you provide and it must be not only rewarding but fun! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you’ve take away the stress of a difficult time and given serenity.

Dear Leah,
Have you ever been faced with the question: “‘What do I do now?!” That’s what I wanted to know!
It was time for a major renovation when, after a number of years of living in a small, cluttered, one-bedroom apartment, my living space unexpectedly expanded. I needed help!
The answer? “Bring in the team from House to Home!” An objective eye prompted one simple move of electronic equipment. This translated into a free-flow of key pieces, transforming my living room into a breath of fresh air!
Paint palette options provided the finishing touches: a stunning accent wall in aubergine showcased an indoor fountain, complemented by ‘Leah’s Own’ original idea for a mini-curved staircase leading to the newly created basement.
Kudos to the team! Whatever you want to achieve with your home they’ll make it happen!

Leah, What can I say? It was marvelous. The thing I find so amazing is how you can think outside the box. I would’ve never thought of putting the dining room set there, but it works! And when I saw my collection of bears… I didn’t really know how much they meant to me until I saw them displayed again. Then the feelings that I get from them came back. It’s weird, because I’ve never been a “collector”… but they must’ve done something to me in order to start buying them. The way they are displayed are so meaningful. It’s amazing though, the impact the room really has on you depending on how you enter it. When we first came in it was awesome…
Anyway… I’m really happy. Not only did I not have the TIME to do it myself, there is no way that I would’ve thought of staging it like you did. We tend to get so stuck in: “Dining Room in the Dining Room” and “Patio Bench on the Patio” etc., that we probably would NEVER have tried the things you did, but they work! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!
