We support busy homeowners to get to SOLD. One of the ways we can reduce your stress levels is by acting as a resource to refer trusted tradespeople to you for your hiring consideration.

All quotes and invoices are sent directly to you for authorization and payment. We will source availability before making a referral, and schedule, orient & supervise trades as required.

Achieving whole house harmony that will appeal to the greatest number of buyers is a complex process that requires careful planning. We ask that you leave major design selection decisions to your design team. As required, we will source products and make selections for your approval for flooring, lighting, countertops, window coverings, etc.
