Vacant home staging

For vacant listings, we offer an inventory of accessories-only (not furniture or lighting) to create vignette groupings, and will work with whatever principal furniture pieces may be available from you, or your friends & family, before considering recommending furniture rental. Accessories remain on-site until subject removal with an accepted offer to purchase.

House to Home offers a 30-day “accessories-only” rental package, including delivery & pick-up for removal (subject to quote and availability). Staging placement extra. No charge for second month. After 60 days, an additional charge of 50% of original invoice, for every month or portion thereof.

Furniture rental is additional, with a contract between the homeowner and an independent rental company. Additional charges for delivery and pick-up from an independent operator will apply. Rental periods range from 2 weeks to 30 days, typically with a reduction in price for a second rental period.

Staging placement fees, with design team, are additional, subject to quote for selection, placement set-up, and take-down for removal.

Content insurance is required, and is the responsibility of the vendor.
